Separate from the programmed work delivered through Byas and IE Byas, I hold a limited number of direct advisory relationships with chief executives, founders and boards who want a thinking partner rather than a project director.

What this looks like

• Standing monthly sessions, and access between them when a decision cannot wait
• Work on the decision itself: how it is framed, who is in the room, what evidence exists, and what happens after
• Full candour, and no deliverable produced for its own sake

What it is not

It is not a transformation programme and it does not come with a team. If your organisation needs delivery, that is Byas for commercial work and IE Byas for infrastructure programmes.
